The Field Trialer™ is one of Zinger's most popular bird launcher systems.
Its overall compact size and powerful throwing ability gives it the extra advantage over its smaller counterparts. When combined with a Remote Release System it becomes an important part of your dog training equipment that will quickly improve your dogs marking ability. In order for your dog to successfully compete on a consistent basis they must be shown marks (in their daily training) that have the same distance, arc and height of marks seen at your weekend Hunt Tests and Field Trials. A remote Zinger Winger is a must for training by yourself. More champion retrievers have been trained using Zinger Winger remote launchers than any other winger on the market.
The Field Trialer G4 features new heavy duty hinges, an upgraded wire harness and multiple settings for adjusting the height and distance of the throw. It features an exclusive servo actuated Multi-Shot Sound™ release mechanism which fires 209, .22 and .32 caliber blanks. The .22 and .32 caliber ports give you the ability to shoot an extra loud report for the dog to hear. The .32 blanks are similar to a 12 gauge shot and are perfect for Field Trial type marks. It's also important to remember that the winger can be operated without firing a blank (Silent Launch).
Each Zinger Winger now comes standard with the new "Rolling Release" pouch bolt. This release bolt is designed to provide the winger with a smooth and flawless launch while eliminating any possible hang ups of your winger pouch and misfiring of the primers due to worn eyebolts and metal wear. No maintenance is required.
The Field Trialer G4 will launch ducks, pheasants, pigeons, Dokken's DeadFowl Trainers, and bumpers as well as live flyers. It weighs 15 pounds and measures 1 1/2" x 25" x 65" when folded flat. Its versatility allows the user to quickly choose direction, arc and height of the throw. An optional carrying case is available for this unit. Compatible with Dogtra Remote Electronics.

I really like the Zinger Winger. At no fault of Sporting Dog Pro it took an extremely long time to receive the winger direct from Zinger. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star review. (11/1/2022)- FlawlessBy:Matthew MacKenzie
This is my first winger and it does not disappoint. Very well built. Nice high ark and throws where you point it! (12/26/2017)- Excellent By:Collin Ferguson
Great training tool (9/26/2017)- Great wingerBy:Karen Edwards
Powerful throw. Not too hard to set even for teenagers and smallish women. Fold up neatly and do't take much space. Rubber disintegrates in heat but is easy to replace. Our club uses them for our hunt tests and other events, we are gradually replacing our old wingers with these. Hope someday to get some electronics. (4/27/2017)- Very nice product at a great priceBy:Jeff Miller
This Zinger Winger is a great product and invaluable when training for water retrieves and double marks. (7/22/2016)- Exceptional wingerBy:Sylvia Godbehere
This was a gift for my trainer. He has several of this style and it is easy to load, shoots birds a good distance, and takes a minimal amount of time to set up/ tear down. (10/26/2015)- 5 starsBy:john warnest
very well thought out, good tool for training. would be nice if it was 3 inches shorter so it would fit in a standard 60 inch pickup tool box (10/1/2015)
