Combines basic e-collar training with versatility and ruggedness.
The SportDOG Yard Trainer 300 combines the simplicity of a basic e-collar training system with the versatility and ruggedness of a more advanced sporting dog trainer. With up to 300 yards of range, the compact SD-300 is more than adequate for basic training while also giving you the confidence to fix control problems at a distance.
The transmitter allows instant correction-level adjustments (seven levels in both continuous and momentary modes), while a tone feature allows constant communication. It's a true all-weather system, with a completely waterproof transmitter and collar receiver that feature SportDog Brand’s exclusive DryTek™ technology. Long-life NiMH rechargeable batteries are convenient and provide up to 40 hours of use between charges, and a low-battery indicator ensures you’re never left with a dead e-collar or transmitter. It is not only compact, but also has easily accessible vibration and tone stimulation options. Like all SportDOG products, operation is intuitive so you can concentrate on what's most important: your dog.

- Perfect for my shelter pup!By:Chris Johnson
This collars works amazingly well on my Shepard mix. She had a bit of an issue not coming back to me when called when off leash. Now she comes back every time. I love my little girl. Thank you for a great collar! (1/28/2021)- Excellent product.By:stephen bailey
I'll give it a five star. It works very well. (9/30/2017)- Great Product! By:Candace Steinlage
I own a 90 pound Labradoodle. He's five years old and lacked some simple obedience. Once I put the SportDOB YardTrainer 350 on him, along with some good/fun training, he changed into a different dog within a week. I also like the fact that I never had to turn my training collar past level 2. He took to it quickly without having to use a higher level of stimulation. I appreciate the ability to use the continuous or nick feature, depending on the issue. I would recommend this collar for town dogs who don't need a larger mile radius collar. Great product. (11/3/2016)- Works as advertised so farBy:Eric Ballard
I've only had for a month but it seems to operate as advertised. I haven't had to recharge yet. My golden retriever definitely listens better off leash now. (9/24/2016)- Awesome product.By:Alexandra McReynolds
I don't hunt but I do run in the forest and on the beach, and this product allows me to give a gentle reminder for my dog to listen to me. It also holds a great, long charge. It's worth the money. (7/27/2016)- The SportDOG YardTrainer 350 is everything we had hoped for!By:Jennifer Cimini
Our family and Bentley our 5 year old, 95 lb, AKC, Black Lab love the SportDOG YardTrainer 350! It's everything we had hoped for! (7/23/2016)- Love the product well designed By:david sanford
I wish the collar was nylon rather than the regular one I have a five-month-old AKC golden the rubber colar is difficult to get on and off (6/21/2016)- Sport DOG to the RescueBy:Leslie Halloran
We have two Labradors, Sam & Scout. Sam is six months, and we have had him since he was a pup. We just got Scout who is one year. Sam is about the same size as our new boy and can be quite rough and stubborn. We have used the trainer inside and out to prevent Sam from grabbing on or body slamming Scout. Sam has double the normal spikes in his Invisible Fence collar, and will still take the shock if he is running after Scout. Scout is learning the fence, and if he goes too far and does not respond to "come" we give him a little zap and up the hill he comes. This is a great training tool and believe me, with two young labs on 8 acres we need the help. We are so pleased we just ordered our second devise as trading off gets difficult. I highly recommend the SportDog YardTrainer. Our invisible fence instructor does, too. (3/10/2016)- Great Purchase!By:Kevin Jones
We purchased the YardTrainer 350 and it's been working great. (8/11/2015)- This Works :)By:Elizabeth Nichol
We have a puppy that is actually quite large and throws his weight around. He has established some bad habit with playing too rough with our other dog. This collar set at a low setting helps to just distract him enough to make him stop. He is now starting to respond to just a verbal no. We still have a LOT of work to be done with him without the use of the collar, but it has helped tremendously. Worth the money. I just am careful to keep it at a low setting and only use it when he needs the extra command along with the verbal command. (5/8/2015)- An excellent collar for around the yardBy:Jason Hanebutt
I picked up this collar about a month ago, and use it on our golden retriever. It's been the best e-collar I've used, and is priced well also. The range is a little short if you're taking your dog out on a walk with a lot of room for him to run, but it works perfect for our needs in our back yard. (1/7/2015)
